Absolutely No!!! in fact if u compare only some phone like Samsung phones and old Sony Ericsson phones had that feature. Even if u buy iPhone or one plus or lg or other small brand phones ... none of them have this feature! they use screen cast rather.

Use chrome cast then its app..it will work
It may only work with Sony smartphone due to built-in MHL facility. Other smartphones may not support.
