The much awaited review of HDFC Tata Neu Infinity credit card is finally here. The card by far is the best card for best UPI payments as of now. The base reward rate of 1.5% in the form of neu coins is a good value proposition. And the 10% neu coins being offers on Tata brands is definitely worth considering.

Initially i was offered FYF , i didn’t took it and let the offer lapsed,but after 2 mnths on 5 th april it was shown to me as LTF, As i Already have HDFC DCP, so without any hassle it was given to me as shared limit with my HDFC card.

Millennia is better other than UPI availability of rupay variant of tata neu infinity. I've both the cards LTF, I still use millennia more.

I am having a tough time after applying this card online on April 2023, HDFC service is pathetic. After series of escalation they assigned a person to verify my KYC on May 2023, who never turned up after multiple appointments wasting my time and I am still arguing with the complaints raised with their totally useless customer care, grievance redressal team and social media team in twitter. After close to 50 days of application they close my application saying incomplete data without telling what data is complete and want me to apply again go through this nightmare again . Pathetic service while applying online. If the service before application is so bad, I can only imagine what will be after. If payment is delayed they charge so much, now application is delayed for 50 days , in spite of raising numerous complaints no action, customer made to suffer end of the day.

Thank you for the suggestion ! it helped me a lot, what I was struggling for 50 days with their call center was completed in a matter of mins with the app.
