Totally love your kitchenette and bathroom. The swirlable TV/monitor was a mind spark. (I am "copying" your bathroom if I get my BTO)

A very beautiful and neat home. May i ask what you did with the clothes rack ( is it hidden or relocated ) on the kitchen wall ? Your sofa was custom - made to fit this space ? Lastly where did you get the stick-on/hung quotes for the toilet and kitchen. Many Thanks & Happy Holidays.

Congratulations on the renovation! The swivelling TV and concealed bedroom doors are both amazing head turning features! Also, great idea with the barn door so that one doesn't see into the kitchen when standing at the main door. Can I ask how did you make your bedroom feel spacious (in spite of its size constraints? Is that a single size mattress placed directly on the floor with no bed frame? And is that a wardrobe with just one sliding door, so half of it remains open at any time? Thanks!

Tk u so much.dats actually a sofabed in the bed room.so its smaller than a queen but bigger than single. The warrobe is two sliding doors from ikea. Im glad im able to hve a spacious bedroom layout. But some 2room layout only can fit a queen n wardrobe is the bombshelter.

38sqm is one of the smallest 2 room BTO and with proper planning and creative mind, the outcome can be stunningly beautiful. 20K is worth it I must say.

I got it from a curtain shop in toa payoh.its less than $500 for living room n bedroom.i install privacy film on all windows too.( carousell installer ;gd price & gd quality).i asked my ID remove the clothes hanger. So i hang clothes abv my washer/dryer.just get an extendable pole wall to wall from hardware shop.problem solved!

Really impressed ,watching Ur video ,2 room flats,how much it's Ur cost renovation,name of the contractor or designer Ur home thks so much for sharing.

what works are covered under this reno? wiring and carpentry and toilet?

Cool move on the TV feature wall. I wonder how much the reno cost.

Its original hdb layout.directly facing the bomb shelte doorr.i prefer it that way too.other units with bigger 2rm size,their toilet faces the the dining area/table which i dont prefer.

may i know the space to put your tv able to fit 65 inch tv? by the way your home is really so nice

Thanks Zander! My Tv is 43 inch.so if u want put a bigger tv then u use the leftover wall space left n right of tv..i didnt need a big tv so i didnt use up all of the space.In the hdb layout plan,tv is actually opposite at concrete wall.

Its customized package.You hve to dicuss w ID.wat they put in the package are basic reno list of items.even if u take the premium or ultimate.some items doesnt appy to u at all.

@@fel2544 i opt out the ocs so i had to cement screed n lay with vinyl flooring n tilings.its all the basic reno, installing lights n plumbing n kitchen cabinets, painting etc the major part of the reno budget is hacking the wall n throw away the sliding doors n redo the entire wall (floor to ceiling left to right) w a hidden door ,revolving tv unit, an electrical wiring running from the floor underneath to inside the carpentry walls for power sockets.u cant see it but fold dwn panels( below tv) access from bedrm n living rm for charging ,router,electronics are inside.

Its included in the reno budget includes wall hack n carpentry for an entire wall w revolving tv feature ,cement floor screeding n vinyl flooring screeelectrical plumbing,painting,shower screen,lighting installation for less than 20k w gst..All kitchen appliances n furnishes are my own cost.

I decided to be independant n stay alone.At first its strange,but after awhile,i value my personal space.Its not lonely when theres lots of cleaning to do ,upkeeping the place.Dust is enemy.
