How did you know where to find profanity, where to get up and how to get down? Looking to do this soon and was wondering whether I could just do it using FATMAP or whether it would be better to have a guide with me.

Totally depends upon conditions. Trees are tight and extremely easily to get lost. Some days depending on the conditions there might be a lot of exposed rocks.
