The translators should take time comprehending the answers of the delegates in their native languages. On this round, Japan and Dominican Republic answered better but their translators messed it up.

Me encanto la pregunta de DR. No por ser una pregunta dificil, si no mas bien, por las palabras k se usaron. yo por mi parte, hubiese escojido el fuego y relacionarlo con fuerza de voluntad y ect. Pero claro, para eso existen preguntas tan astutas como estas, obserben como se nota a Miss Serbia pensando un poco mas que las otras concursante, y en este tipo de concursos, la precison y espontaniedad es lo que cuenta.

It was not her who decided to change gown, the organization thought it was too revealing. And the questions are dumb haha but done by the same top contestants

DomRep's question was "what's the most precious thing you have given to someone"... and her answer is "according to my grandma, it's the letter that she wrote to me when I was young and makes me always very emotional, because it's not what you write but the feeling you put behind it."... it doesn't make sense... the question is "given" not "received"...

She didn´t give the wrong answer, the interpreter translated it wrong, remember, this pageant was held in Panama and they all spoke Spanish there, even the judges, therefore, they knew exactly what she said and didn´t need the interpreter. He was only there for protocol because English is the language used in the MU pageant.

If I could answer Venezuela question, my answer is: “ I wouldn’t change anything. Because If we change it in the past, maybe that’s good in that time, but what happens after that, how we know ? Respuesta acertada la de Mariangel Ruiz... en español como debe ser cuando no se domina el ingles, Irene Esser en el Miss Universo 2012 contestaba en español, esa corona no la tuviese EEUU ni de casualidad!!! Mariangel Ruiz en su momento nos lleno de alegría en ese año (2003) dada la situación política en nuestro país.

Sin duda alguna. La mejor respuesta fue la de Mariangel!.. pero, la Dominicana pareció más dulce con su respuesta!. Qué ironía la que ganó (Miss Rep. Dominicana) se vino a Venezuela que los de la Organización Miss Venezuela que le enseñaran oratoria, pasarela, maquillaje, etc... mientras que a Mariangel no la apoyaron... jejejjeje.
