@@richardcorliss1355 You’re kidding right? The fire department cannot legally refuse to help people with fires regardless of how many are accidentally set. This job is a life/death public service, and if jobs like that were not done right away, people would potentially die. Chief Donker has the right to be annoyed, but if he refused to help Carly and Spencer with fires, he could lose his job and get fined or even arrested.

Exactly. Chief Donker has the right to be annoyed, but not the right to stop helping Carly and Spencer. He even pinned Spencer down - That's what a police officer should do, rather than a fire man/fire woman.

They're showing a promo of Spencer's habit of causing fires and he tries to make it up to them but it backfires.

@@koozboy In the episode, the fire department says they're done with Carly and Spencer forever because Spencer started a fire for the 18th time. This makes Carly upset. So she forces Spencer to make it up to them by making brownies and say sorry. But when that night comes he started a fire at the station they're done with them forever.

@@richardcorliss1355 I don’t blame the fire department but this does not mean they can refuse to help Carly and Spencer. Imagine if they did and there was a big fire.

The Fire Department can’t be done with any person. They could be sued if they don’t help anybody with fires.

@@richardcorliss1355 Spencer may be an idiot, but he was really seeking help. That is what the fire department should do when there is a fire at someone's house regardless of how many fires are set. I don't blame Chief Donker for being annoyed, but that still does not mean he can be done helping Carly and Spencer.

I hate this this episode reasons : The fire deprartment would get sued , they don’t just ingnore the calls imagine what would happen if there’re a fire and Spence calls the fire department because of a huge fire they don’t just put lives in danger that’s just messed up and the other side plot with Freddie getting a job at the pear store than Sam gets also a job there and becomes his boss and she sells more than Freddie because Freddie sold nothing and he gets fired the same day he gets hired , I hate iPear store

@@hopeoconnor1626 The police cannot legally refuse to arrest the pet photographers regardless of how many bad things they do. They should never vandalize a pet photography studio if they don't want another one in Seattle.

@@richardcorliss1355 Exactly. The fire department and police department both get paid by the government for being a public service. It’s not like someone refusing service to a customer because they refuse to wear clothes. This is a life/death public service.
