Beautiful mall! It was fun to see myself in the video!

One of my favorite mall here in Cebu City. Soon Metro Cebu will have three Ayala Malls when the Gatewalk Central in Mandaue City opens soon. And another SM supermall too in Mandaue City.

the gatewalk central is currently on pause, they shoudl have made this in Lapu-Lapu or SRP, The Gatewalk location is not very strategically located. It will be a waste if it dont continue.

I have read in google about Cebu park district I DONT KNOW if thats TRUE, it says CEBU PARK DISTRICT is the fusion of Cebu business park and Cebu IT park, is Ayala going to MERGE the 2 areas in the Future? to become 1 BIG business district, Ayala land owns both area, but only separated by the hotels, houses, etc,

Havent you notice why,Ayala only had 1 mall in Cebu business park???, I dont know if Ayala Terraces is also part of Ayala center Cebu or 100% separate because it is connected, the area is 50 hectares, Ayala Center Makati is also 50 hectares but has 3 malls, Glorietta mall, Greenbelt mall, One Ayala mall newest, and 2 department stores SM,Makati and Landmark, Cebu business park still has many open areas why didnt Ayala land make another big mall? modern one, Ayala owns Cebu business park, they only make a Major Extention to Cebu business park, isnt that a BIG QUESTION???

It depends on your priorities! Both IT Park and Ayala Center (Cebu Business Park) are good areas to stay in Cebu City, but they offer different vibes. If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, Ayala Center (Cebu Business Park) is a good choice. If you want to be in the heart of the action and don't mind the crowds, IT Park is a better option.
