I liked Nick until he associated Alabama football with BLM. That was despicable. And then he allowed this thug Jermaine Burton #3 to slap a female Tennessee fan in the face and not only stay on the team, but defended that POS in the media. Nick has done great things for Alabama but his decisions lately have been pretty shameful. Nobody will ever be as loved in the state of Alabama as Paul Bear Bryant. He is the king of Alabama’s storied football legacy.

Jorge Delgado me too. I can’t stand the way CFB is going where even the “best team of all time” (LSU 2019) gives up 30+ to Vanderbilt. I’d like to think that the pendulum will swing back at some point and ball control, time of possession, and “making their ass quit” becomes what ya need to do to win. I always felt that the 1990s and early 0s were real chessboard matchups between different coordinators trying to outscheme people, now it’s so fast fast fast. After a while scoring a touchdown is not that big a deal if 10 more will follow. Anyway, good luck to your buckeyes in the year of the virus,

David lsu fan here i agree i like great defense lsu was always known as a defense dominate program but this yr and these days you gotta win with offense but thats not to say lsu defense didn’t gel together in the postseason dominance they had because they were huge in helping our offense win those games and ultimately the natty. It will go back to a time though I believe when the term defense wins championships again.

As a Bama fan i miss that too, nut just for my team, but football in general. Big 12 type games are just so boring. A mistake is not a big deal, when you reel off 40 points in a row. But with the rule changes, it may be a long time till we see defense the likes of which we used to see. Bama this year had the worst statistical defense it has had in 20 years. And it was still a top 15-20 defense in the country. They were so soft it was embarrassing. Hopefully it swings back to normal.

Thomas Hill not true at all. A.J. Was the perfect old school Saban quarterback. The hardest worker in the room, fiery leader and turnover averse. He was a winner through and through and the teams stood behind him because every time they needed him to make a play he made it. He was the embodiment of Alabama Football. Championship pedigree

He was in the heisman talk that last season, one of my all time favorite players. I was at that a&m game. That was really sad, watching him get carted to the locker room, all of us chanting “Eddie, Eddie.” And then on the broadcast of the NCG I heard the same when he came out with the fellow captains for the coin toss. It caused a drop in draft pick in my opinion, but of course he’s all pro making the big money now.

Agree with number one. Two of the things I'll remember most though are that smothering defense of Bama against LSU in the NC game and the Capital One Bowl where MI State had 1st and goal and ended up kicking a field goal. Because it was 4th and goal. From somewhere around the 45!

I could watch this video everyday and be happy. And just imagine all the plays that were not included!!!! Roll Tide Roll!!!!

Coach Saban has mellowed out a ton since 2009 but that inner Saban still comes out every once in awhile

kd2mill: What decision, putting in a qb who could actually throw? That's not what I call brilliant. Saban is obviously a brilliant coach and has made plenty of brilliant decisions, but this was just a good decision, nothing special. I've also seen plenty of NC calls made by coaches that were more brilliant than this one. But I'm glad it worked out. I'm no Alabama fan by any means but I can't stand Georgia.

I LOVE Saban, the man is incredible, but the decision to replace Jalen should have happened WAY sooner than it did. Nick is loyal to a flaw, but it all worked out and created a story for the ages.

It’s not just great coaching and working together as a team to reach a common goal, it’s also the sheer athletic ability and talent of so many players that makes them so dominant. There are so many one on one situations where the Alabama player wins out. Nick puts them in a position to makes plays, and they make them. Awesome.

Absolutely phenomenal decade by Bama coming from a UGA fan. We have come sooooooo close vs y’all in 2012, 2017 and 2018. Hopefully we will break this curse soon. Hats off to Bama for a hell of a decade. Respect

At half time we were texting I admitted bama had no offense, when tua came in he said y'all putting a freshman qb in, this game is over, I said yep, you have no clue what is coming lol..I admit I was a little doubtful lol, but after the vanderbilt game. And other mop up games we bama fans knew tua was a beast..he still won't talk about it lol, bama cost Georgia at least 3 natty's lol

I never really noticed this before, but in the Alabama-Georgia NC it's bizarre that in ot both teams got driven back to a precarious point where it didn't look like they might even get a field goal. Georgia makes a really long kick but Alabama scores the long td on 2nd and long. What a crazy finish.

Waddle is going to be a slot corners worst nightmare in a few years into the NFL. He'll probably return kicks too. Hope he lands with the Falcons. I doubt it, though. Devonta Smith will be a good pro too. I think one of them ends up at the Eagles. If you haven't already you should watch the kid that is going to be the next big star at WR from the Crimson Tide. His name is Jacorey Brooks. He's 6'3 195 and a five star. He and Bryce Young are gonna have a Lotta fun. Bama has two other commits for the 2021 class at WR. Ones a state track champion in Florida named Leary and the other is a top 100 recruit thats 6'3 and is helping us recruit that state of Florida. All great kids. Roll Tide!

Thank you! Blake Sims, I loved that guy his senior year. He was the PERFECT mesh of passing and running, breaking AL passing records. And watching Sunseri return that, he was a fighter from the rough part of town type of player. McCarron was a good one. All of our multiple running backs. What I love about Alabama, is even when we have an air attack, we have the weapons on the ground to bust some chops. I love a great running game almost as much, if not more than, a great passing attack and it's awesome to have both. DEFENSE. nuff said. We hang our hat on that. Defense in spades.

Awesome video. Thank you. I'm 45 years old and for me there were 2 games I remember loosing my voice over from screaming and yelling with excitement. First one our win over Tenn. in 2009 when big mt Cody blocked Tenn's field goal and kept our National Championship season alive. 2nd, you had it your video. I believe it was #3 our win over LSU. AJ threw the ball to Yeldon and he ran it in for a touchdown with just a little time left in the game. That touchdown gave us our first lead in that game, which we also won. @@tjpowell234 The Mountain West had a winning record against the overated Sec last season and as I recall Boise was kneeling on the ball near the goal line after whipping weak ass Georgia, Sec teams are only over rated by the media thats why they have to play cupcakes bro and Alabama would never risk getting beaten on the Blue By Boise State

I am a life long Tennessee fan, but I have tramendous respect for Nick Saban and the job he does at Alabama. And anybody in football should.

Great job on the video. Looks like you put in allot of time and hard work.

The onside kick against Clemson should have been way higher! That's my one complaint lol. Adam Griffith totally redeemed himself for every missed FG with that execution at the perfect time! Great vid tho as always

I was lucky enough to be at that game! My only game I’ve been able to go to in Tuscaloosa. I was right at the rail in the upper deck, and when we recovered that fumble, the railing was shaking like an earthquake was going on. An absolutely magical moment in football for me, one I will never forget. Roll tide!

You watch this and you see a Dynasty from not just Coach Saban but from an Era of top recruiting of all time. You get the players and you get championships. There is no doubt if your a sports announcer its on your bucket list to be able to broadcast a Alabama touchdown moment. There is no other college football programs that can compete with the university of Alabama period!

LSU here, but these are great. Well done.

One of the things that’s craziest about Alabama’s run has been people who think there’s no reason any other team wouldn’t be able to do this. Like it’s replicable if you just copy a few of the things Coach Saban did and adapt it to your program. It’s honestly made it so fans can’t even appreciate a great season, even if it ends in a national title. It’s like “Yeah, this year was great, but now we’re going to get started on being the next dynasty!” It’s just unrealistic. Alabama’s run of 5 titles in 9 years will never happen again so we ought to just marvel at all of the insane things that needed to happen for it to occur in the first place.

Great video! Had a ton of awesome moments in there I recall watching over the years. You forgot about the 09 SEC championship game versus Florida and the 2012 SEC championship game against Georgia. Both of those were huge. Would be nice if you could expand the video some to have those in there, maybe move the last 2-3 moments back to honorable mentions. This was a real pleasure to watch; went through the whole video.

Thanks I put a ton of work in that video! I remember getting no sleep for a few days putting it all together but the only reason I didn't put the 2009 SEC Championship moments was because I was doing the decade between 2010-2019. Lastly, I think at Number 43, I had one play from the 2012 SEC Championship game. When he retires, I'll update this video!

Great video. Although its been tough at times there have been many occasions that I was happy to see Alabama stomp some teams into the ground. Particularly when they represent the SEC in the postseason. War Eagle

As a young man back in the day I realized I had picked a team like no other in Alabama. 64/65/66. National AP TITLES IN 61, 64, and 65. 1966 the Northern voters failed Alabama. BAMA went 11-0 and the only team to have a perfect record. Should have been 64, 65, and 66. BAMA even back in the day owned it. 77 BAMA played the toughest schedule in the nation and finished 2nd. 78 and 79 BAMA finished AP #1. 73 UPI NC, 78/79 AP National Titles. Should have been 77, 78, and 79. Once again the Northern voters failed college football and Alabama.

I have read and read about the northern bias sh*t. Provide some support. Until you can, I'll call your words, "horsesh*t." 1977? Are you out of your mind? AL played 3 ranked teams at game time. Sport Reference had their SOS at 22. Many an AL team has finished with higher.
