    Thankyou for the nice video. Is the 2D phenotype of all storage diseases essentially the same on echocardiography ?

    Regarding the hyper-refractile sub endocardial border: this is seen quite a lot on echo, what are other explanations and differential diagnoses (microvascular dysfunction?)? Would you report binary sign every time it is seen? Thank you!

    around 5:34 , any chance that those pre and post-op myectomy labels should be switched ?

    Thank you for the comment. I agree it can be challenging to really notice a big difference but the images are correct as labelled. What you can appreciate in the post myectomy slide is not the “thinner” area of the septum just below the aortic valve which is similar in both images but the the myectomy or removal of some tissue more apical to this and now reduction in systolic anterior motion of the mitral valve.
