It depends on patient to patient. In NODAT where ever possible you need to reduce steroids (for eg presnisolone less than 5mg/day), if patient is on calcineurin inhibitors then instead of tacrolimus cyclosporin or other alternatives can be used. Obesity can be managed. Hypomagnesimia need to be addressed. Infections control etc etc need to be looked. If graft is working fine then metformin or dpp4i medicines can be used which are weight neutral instead insulin or secretagouges. All of these will decide outcome🙏

@@drnikhilprabhu thaks sir for your guidance.sir tablets are running now tacrolimus ,mycophinolet mofetil nd 5mg wyslone .nd weight of the patient is 55-56 kg approx.nd now sugar levels arre fasting 95,98 sometimes 102, or 7 , after that levels are 135 ,130, sometimes fluctuates to 150-60. Why levels are fluctuating due to medicines or diet

Sir mujhe 5year se diabetes hai abhi tak tablets se control ho jata tha but ab nahi ho raha meri umar 30year hai

Mera hb1c 6.9,7.0,7.1 a raha hai me tablet metformin 500 mg subah Sham le raha hun. Khane peene mein aur exercise khoob Dhyan rakhta hun. Hba1c normal karne ke liye mere ko kya karna chahie.
