In this Homegrown Training Minutes segment, Jeff Chandler and company demonstrate a method for a lone firefighter to begin removing a down firefighter in the hot zone during a hazmat incident.

    Errrrr, aside from the rather needless and overly complicated attachment of the webbing (which also somewhat brought tears to my eyes,) you should probably be informed that there is absolutely no mechanival advantage by using youself as the anchor point for a 2:1 mechanical advantage system!!!

    Tell that to your arms after dragging a fully equipped person out of a hostile environment. It only makes it easier on your arms pulling the rope, but its worth it
