Personally, I feel like Charlie is at the end of her rope most of the time because she has a child-like mentality. Maybe if she started thinking less like a 2nd grader & more like an adult, then she wouldn’t have these sort of problems.

She lived a shelter live She is trying to learn how to be less like a kid and that takes time not to mention most people Underestimate her

But that’s a huge part of her character - she has a very child-like personality because she was kept away from most of the dangers in Hell and thus doesn’t have the means to handle the stresses of everyday life there! The series is about watching her grow out of that mentality as time goes by.
