not really weird at all actually. so was the case for The owl house in disney+ and Arcane on Netflix. those are 2 of top of my head but many more. is kinda a requirement if you want to have a season 2 in a normal time frame. and ofc they mostly do this with shows they thing are gonna be a success from the start be it either from IP or because the early finished material looked very good.

Nowadays, S2 is kinda not really S2 in the first place. They take one season and cut it in half. It's why Velma got a S2 when it just dropped on Max, despite the outrage.

As an artist myself I have so much respect for indie creators. The fact that you've built your way up from KZread to having an official show on an established streaming platform is incredible and just shows how talented you are, and resilient too after all the criticism you've had to put up with. Congrats to you Vivienne and your team!

i just watched the whole season 1 on Amazon Prime and can't wait to see Season 2.

That's awesome! Viv went from OC speed draws on KZread, to viral animations she did herself, to an independent pilot, to creating a full youtube series with big names like Brandon and Richard, to being an official series on Amazon Prime. All through the love and determination she has for her OC's and stories. She's been a big inspiration for me since I was 11 and that hasn't changed.

I'm so excited for the series to come out early next year! Seeing the characters move in expressive ways with their redesigns and seeing a lot of interesting material being shown throughout this trailer is making me so hyped after waiting for a few years for Hazbin Hotel to finally become a series!🤩 Also, the frame where Angel Dust photo bombs Charlie with bunny ears at the end was just so cute!🥰

I think Viv uses two different crews. One works on Hazbin, and the other works on Helluva.

@@eddmario Hazbin is a union production meaning that they are primarily working with a crews and cast that are part of the union like the Animation Guild (TAG, Writers Guild (WGA), and Actors’ Guild (SAG-AFTRA). Some of the voice actors on the original pilot are part of the actors guild, but some aren’t. Angel Dust’s pilot voice actor isn’t part of the Actors Guild as he still need to take on a few more hours/roles of acting work to be in the union. Charlie and Vaggie voice actresses are SAG-AFTRA members.

I think Helluva boss needs a rest and just focus on Hazbin Hotel for a while, the last episode with Fizz and Blitzo were good but before that the last 3 were down right bad

Watched the show with a friend and an episode in i was iffy- but the music kept me in. Ended up being so worth it for the plot and writing

I always thought Alastor was gonna be the main villain. I mean, his personality and looks cry out “I’m the true threat in this show! Come at me, bitches!” Okay, maybe he doesn’t talk like that, but I still thought he was gonna be the villain. He DOES kinda remind me of Bill Cipher.

The fact that they made it on prime video is mind blowing. Especially for the fact that this series started from a single person and took form thanks to her friends and other youtubers Phenomenal work guys Can't wait to see angel dust and his crazy ahh again🗿🍷 We eating good

I found about this show last Friday, and was so interested in watching this, but never got around to because of GCSE's. But on Friday (it's Sunday as of writing this), I have watched Season one at least three times now. I think I'm in love with this show already. Also, to think, this apparently took three years to make! I can tell that the hard work has payed off! This show is by far now my number one above The Boys. Well done to everyone who worked hard on this show. I mean it. ❤

THE WAIT FOR THE DATE IS OVER!!! They did a fantastic job on this to reach into a phenomenal series for a streaming service this far. And even with a season 2 announced, we have needed this after being patient for so long. Thank you so much, Vivzie!!!! Edit: You have no idea how excited I am.

Honestly, Vivziepop is an inspiration to all small creators out there. What she has managed to accomplish, following her style and her goals, is nothing short of incredible. If the first season of Hazbin Hotel is half as good as Helluva Boss, it'll leave us breathless.

I’ve been waiting for 4 years AND ITS FINALLY HERE!!!!! And now that’s it’s released on prime I can sit back, relax and enjoy this show

I love the pilot and hadn’t really thought about it when since I seen hulluva boss. It just randomly popped in my head and I was surprised with this. I can’t wait to watch it!

After almost 4 long years of waiting, I'm sure everyone who has been a fan, their head must be exploding with excitement right now. The amount of jot she has brought to us is truly an experience. I'm happy for Viv and her crew.🎉

The animation of the trailer looks so fluid and clean, gosh it is beautiful! Too think that the pilot was years ago and now you finally get to put your show on Prime themselves! I hope so...After many decades of watching fandoms as well as shows, I can tell you they can be notoriously finicky, and the longer they have to wait for something, the more the expectations rise, sometimes to the point that literally nothing can actually satisfy them anymore. We'll see, hopefully this will work out, but don't be surprised if there's a backlash for some reason...
