I was having issues with pairing and syncing earbuds. My right bud was blinking pink (red and white together) so At first this method didn't seem to work. But after resetting, I kept them in case for 1 minute. Took out, shut down and when turned on they were good as new. Try that extensive restart after resetting if you have same problem.

@@limaj07 it actually has worked for me , after reseting , put them back in the case then take out and wait for them to turn on then turn them off and on again , worked for me , cheers.

im ordering a replacement cus i tried this it didnt work and i read the instruntions and i did that it didnt work

Let a expert explain the bluetooth situation on you phone point by point before doing a factory reset on gt1. Should the bluetooth be on when doing a factory reset? should you also disconnect gt1 pro or foeget the device? FULLY EXPLAINED please!

Good morning, the problem I have is that the two headphones are detected as Haylou-GT1_L (both in my Pocophone and in my PC). As no one is detected as Right, they do not synchronize with each other and only allows me to connect one of them, but not to reproduce the sound in the two headphones simultaneously. Would you have any recommendations? Do you know if it happened to someone else? I'll wait for your answer, thank you so much

Is this supposed to help the buds to be able to connect at the same time ? That’s what I’m having issues with. They will never play at the same time so they’ll beep and then switch sides

The trick is to keep holding after the red flashes then again red light and white flash after just 2 secs.

Why in mine not blinking when i take it to case?

My other earbud is not blinking or charging while the other is able to charge and connect. Please, what do I do?

the Left keep giving problem for me..tried to unpair n do pairing but stil same problem

Am I the only one that still have problem? When the 15s part comes, It blinks white as crazy and once pops out red and after I take them out of case for 2 seconds blinks pink and left blinks crazy white

try to top right earbud 3 times rapidly. Tap tap tap. You will hear a sound. That enables low latency mod. It may fix your issue.
