Hayden's Western States run is up on Strava, the last mile or so where he mentions hunting Rod was run at 3:21 per kilometre pace. What an absolute specimen.

I would love to see Hayden and Jim come through together in 2025. Every year, Hayden does it faster and faster. Did I hear that Hayden was a firefighter? I swear someone said that in the live chat this weekend.

Great interview! Hawks is a fox hole guy. You need someone to get it done without giving up, he's the runner! Him and Glick fit that category! Walms is still great! My 2 cents.

Why would anyone get upset with an athlete trying to beat the snot out of a competitor , friend or not ! Best wins, period .
