Crazy project (in a good & fun way). Love the scammer calls. I do that too. I told one of them my name is Bob Scroggins, so when I get a call for Bob, it's fun time! My favorite was an Indian woman. I kept her on the phone for several minutes asking serious questions about securing a line of credit for my small business. We got right up to the point where I give her my financial information, and I told her I only had one final question. As creepy as I could muster, I asked, "What are you wearing?" She replied, "REEEEEEEELY, BOB? REEEEEEEELY?"

have you heard it lately?

One common thing i've seen across mc engine conversions, is the ratio on the throttle throw needs increasing at the carbs/itbs. Foot throttle in cars travel further than hand throttles on a bike. Same is true with the clutch.

Wonder if that decision to keep the 4-100 bolt pattern will come back to bite. Seems like that might be the weak link in the drive train now.

How did you get the factory clutch slave cylinder to work? What drive line adapter did you get?

exhaust chopped to where its 4 into 2 is all it takes

Use a ford explorer axle with 3.55 or 3.73 lsd and has disc brakes. They are everywhere and cheap and easy to narrow down. The 12 bolt axle is too heavy. You can use the same drive shaft just changed the yoke.

They also weigh 170lbs versus a toyota 10 bolt 7.6 that dwarf cars use at 84lbs with near 150whp....much better options out there

Why don't you put a reverser box on it , which is basically a starter motor that goes to a gear on the driveshaft and you turn the motor on when you need to reverse , you dont need the motor on for that long so not a big worry about it overheating

But its pretty much a full time street car now isn't it? i mean 4wd is good in something like a nissan GTR where you have a computer controlled front / rear torque biasing and suspension that is set up to handle in 4wd mode on the street

Is your hijet street legal since you modified ? I understand you're a dealer. Did you get a reconstructed vehicle title,and registration? I had DMV give me my plates,tags,and registration,but won't give me my title, and now they want to take it all back. I'm putting HC 1.3 L 16v four cylinder hijet engine with 5 speed manual, rear end.but with fabricating involved to make it fit. I What do I have to get it legal on the street?

I just took it to dmv and they gave me a title with all the import documentation I provided. I can’t offer advice on yours as it varies per state

@@Scooterswapshop where do you live? Portland Oregon? Im in Beaverton. In the beginning that's what I did with mine. Took it to DMV ,and all my importation documents , passed DEQ. Paid for plates,tags put them on. Received registration,but not my title! One year later. I got in with a form say I haven't received title. Then they tell me it was all a mistake,and I shouldn't have gotten my plates in tags, registration,and they are giving me my money back but want the plates ,ect... All because they weren't meant for our market. Even have photos with my plates on my vehicle. Idk. Thanx .

Yeh you need a diff with at liest 4:1 ratio that's the typical final drive for cars.

That diff is way too heavy.. you wouldn't even need an 8 inch ring gear for that power. A toyota hilux diff would be fine or a borg warner 78 or similar. that diff would probaly handle 1000hp

Sure. But what diff does it make. They all need to be narrowed. All need posi. The truck weighs 1200lbs a little weight over the rear is a good thing

That how you can f up your motorrev it as it load drop the rev and punch it again, you shock everything, the crank ,cam, tran to the axle. Off load ok on load. That tire is holding back & loading engine, yousee guy at school burn out blow their engine doing that. Pumping the gas LOL

@@thomas4315 you do realize this entire vehicle only weighs 1100 lbs right? I’ve got tons of videos driving this thing all over. Freeway etc. have you not seen them in sand cars? They’re dumping clutches and bouncing off the rev limiter non stop. Also, you can get about 350 wheel hp out of these stock crank rods pistons. This motor won’t be failing any time soon.

this is not sand, this is the road. And you don't have a chasing you got a heavy tran, and Iam nit talking high rpm, that here a short stroke is string. I'm taking you just let of the clutch and starting moving and trying to burn rubber by acting crazy and reving it and dumping the clutch. Tell me why didn't it burn rubber then? Why because it has not power down low. As your gearing to high.

Its low ratio not tall. Low ratio = high rpms low speed. High ratio= low rpms at higher speeds
