I feel I should address something before it gets out of hand. It's hard to do Hay work without a tractor. You may not see everyone on the Hill helping to move Hay, and that's because not everyone has a tractor capable of the job that needs to be done. I can promise you though it doesn't mean they weren't outside doing other work around the farm. We were all outside working ❤️

Lester growing hay for the entire family is awesome. It also proves to the haters that the animals aren't well taken care of... are 100% wrong! They have plenty of food on hand. Not to mention Lester and Jami taking in 3 neglected mini donkeys. Kim rescuing a scared kitten....Yep none of the morrows on and off the hill have a heart. 🤦‍♀️

Ya'll are so blessed to have a wonderful family that steps up in times of need. Thank ya'll for giving us a glimpse of what a real family is like. And of course, thank ya'll for helping out with the hay job. So grateful that Lester and Jamie was able to help so many of ya'll with gifting of tractors on days like this.

@thedenmanhomestead and anyone else who may not know, just a friendly bit of advice for the future... It is very important to have some counterweight on the rear of the tractor when lifting and transporting hay as yall were doing. This can be easily acomplished by attaching one of your implements such as a mower deck, brush hog, box blade or anything else ( the heavier the better) that will add extra weight to the rear. Notice how Lester and Uncle Dan leave their mowers attached on their tractors, this will improve the way the tractor handles while moving with the hay bales and make it safer. In Paw Paws case since he was carrying the bales on the rear of his tractor it would help if he scooped some rocks, sand or anything else into his front bucket to add weight to his front end. It was very nice to see everyone get together and help gather all the bales. Have a blessed day!

That was pretty awesome to see all the tractors moving around in the fields. I know Lester appreciated all the help. There's enough hay there that all the babies on the hill will have food this winter!

Lester giving PawPaw that awesome tractor with the air and heat in it was the best present ever! He can still do so many things on his own with it and to be a huge part of family projects like this one. He wouldn't of been able to do it with out this awesome tractor. He loves being apart of family things and it's hard for him to always do much because of his knees but because of this tractor he can do so much to help others out also. It's so amazing how your family pulls together to help each other. My family was like that 25 yrs ago but then drama happened between some and family grew apart. I love seeing Miss Molly at the end. She is such a beautiful cow.

Catching up on videos, I love this video so much! It shows the hard work in the heat, the sweat, the dust, I can imagine how hot and exhausting it all must have been. It also shows the beauty of it all, the "dance" of the tractors, the coming together of family, the fun you can still have doing this work. It's like art work, and to see your beautiful home, the land PawPaw was raised on and raised his family, the love you all have for it, it's a beautiful thing!

I love this. What an incredible blessing to have such a bountiful hay crop after the droughts & shortages of the past few years. Even more than that to see a family willing and able to work together to make sure it is all taken care. It looked like a choreographed dance watching how it all came together. I'm sure the ones who weren't on the tractors were also helping in some other way, making food, watching kids, covering chores, etc. So many families will share this blessing. Great job everyone.

Lot of work. Everyone coming together made the work a lot easier. Ladies included. When i was growing up my Dad planted corn every where he could find some land close by. Corn was rough on the hands. He always ground it up with the machine he had. Buddy/Steph love the song at the end.❤😂
