I don't exactly remember but for me it was the sugar mill, although, pie oven also gets star quickly

Is the flower shop really that important? I love fully mastering my machines too but I'm just level 50. I don't have that much coins too and still can't afford duck salon. Which one should I buy first?

Duck salon. Flower shop isn't necessary if u don't have coins. The only product is rustic bouquet which you can get from newspaper.
