Surprisingly calm. The first night after leaving Kona we had some rough seas, I'm told, but I slept through it. The rest of the trip was smooth sailing.

We lucked out with incredible warm weather the entire trip. Hopefully the same this year. We are going again this year but this time on Brilliance of the Seas. Enjoy your trip!

Did the ship really dock at 3am on debarkation day in Vancouver? What time were you allowed off the ship? Thank you in advance.

Ours docked at about 6am. It all depends on the tides. Because it's such a massive ship they have to time the arrival into Burrard Inlet with the tides to have enough clearance to get under the Lions Gate Bridge (I showed us going under the bridge near the end of the video. It felt like we were going to scrape the underside of the bridge deck). I would assume that is why this ship only visits Vancouver twice per cruise season, cruising out of Seattle the rest of the season.

We were one of the last groups to leave the ship. After clearing customs I think we were at the taxi stand area around 10am, so 4 hours. I live local so was in no rush to make a connection.

@@kamanda2020 I saw him a couple of times once on explorer in January 2018 and Ovation in early 2020 both times great. Wished I had him on ovation last Christmas and new year’s the comedians then were not good.
