Aloha! Makaha Beach is located on the West side of the island of Oahu, Hawaii. It is one of the sunset beaches on the island and also one of the beaches where big wave surfing was pioneered. Although this beach is located all the way on the west side of the island, it is considered one of the popular beaches in Hawaii. Mahalo!
