Having A Priest Better Than You - Part 1 (Hebrews 7:1-28)

Ойын-сауық

This passage teaches the importance of having Jesus Christ as our High Priest rather than relying on earthly priests or religious leaders. Jesus Fulfilled the Old Testament law and established a new covenant through His death and resurrection, providing salvation for all who believe.

I've been saved for over 30 years. Not one pastor has preached this truth about Malchezidek. Thank you, brother Jack. I never knew this. This goes to show you that 30 years doesn't mean that you've learned everything you need to know about God's Word ❤.

I have studied close to 40 years and I have only the last 10 years really really got some mind blowing learning (and I’m a person that goes hard on the word of GOD, i study hard long extreme I go 150 percent) I was telling a person yesterday i feel like first we must get the ground work, the understanding, the foundation, the cornerstone, all these things before you can really build the understanding up like building on to the foundation, but only thru all you learned thru time u start to extend & build on,

I hope you open the bible and read it for yourself and ask holy Spirit to help you understand what it all means! Don't trust the word of a man or even your own understanding, but Trust God to reveal all truth to you! I searched God with all my heart soul mind and strength until He finally spoke to me from Heaven! This is the absolute truth, and when I thought I couldn't understand the Bible Holy Spirit explained to me, to comprehend. Also Father Jehovah spoke in my brain like a computer a few times while I was reading the Bible. He didn't teach me the Bible though then, but was confirming a lesson I just learned, while I was under demonic warfare. When you seek me you will find me when you seek me with all your heart Jeremiah 29:13

@@tbabii6145you don't establish a personal relationship with God just by reading His Bible You must seek Him with all your heart and soul and mind and strength!! When you seek me you will find me when you seek me with all your heart Jeremiah 29:13 I tell you that it's not enough to just read the Bible and pray. You have to beg Father to manifest or reveal Himself to you so you can have a one on one relationship! So you can have Holy Spirit reveal all truth to you! I can't begin to tell you the things God has shown me and told me because I believed and wanted a Father not just a story book. The Bible is for knowledge teaching and instruction but there's nothing like one on one job experience with the The King of Kings! 29:38

Jack's word about the annulment of the law is foreshadowed in the death of Moses who was buried (annulled) by God in the valley of the land of Moab so Joshua (Yashua) the new true leader of Israel could lead the people into the promised land. So Jack's point, like Moses, the law was annulled because Jesus (Yashua) the Savior leads all who are followers of Him to eternal life (our promised land).

Jack Hibbs! Thamk You for Delivering this Bible Study! I have been telling Everyone I can about Melchizedek and How He is Older than Judaism and Melchizedek is Gods First and Last High Priest that will reighn forever! An ancient System Older than Both Judaism and Christianity! This Study will be one that gets People Open to the True Truth of Yeshua Hamashiach! Thank You Sir! Also, Anyone who Reads this! Research the Ancient Testaments of the Patriarchs! Ken Johnson has a great book on the topic and goes a little deeper into the Ancient Order of Melchizedek! Adam was God's First King, Priest, and Prophet in the Order of Melchizedek and Jesus is the last and Final Priesr in the Order of Melchizedek that will be our High Priest, King, and Prophet FOREVER! The Order of Melchizedek was split amongst the Tribes of Israel. Judah>King, Levi>High Priest, And God ordained Prophets as He called them! John the Baptist was Israel's High Priest during the Time of Jesus (Even though Pharisee's stated otherwise>>>>Research the Lineage of the Zadok Priests from the time of Jesus back to Solomon). Jesus became the Melchizedekian King when John the Baptist, Baptized Jesus in the Jordan River, Thus Making Jesus the High Priest of Israel, Jesus is from the Line of Judah>>>So He was already Born to be Israel's King, YHWH Sent the Dove (Sign of a Prophet) down to Jesus to show the World Jesus is His Prophet! This is the amazing Moment the Ancient order of Melchizek was given back to One Man and fulfilling Ancient Prophecy giving Mankind Salvation and Showing us who our Eternal King and Savior is! Please Research and Delve into this amazing information and share this with Everyone whom will listen! (Also Double Check Everything I said above! This is what I have found in my Study and Research! I am just a Guy leaving a comment on a KZread video. It is an amazing Topic, so I hope everyone digs into the ancient Origins of Melchizedek!)

A wonderful message to hear first thing in my morning! Thank you, Pastor Jack! Having said that, it's not entirely accurate... We make a huge mistake when we label Thomas as a "doubter"; he should be admired for His listening skills and obedience instead. Why do I say this? When we read of his encounter with the news of the resurrection of Jesus, WE THINK that he vehemently says he won't believe until he sees the proof (the scars). The very first warning Jesus gave to the disciples in the Olivet discourse was in Mt. 24: 4, 5 and that's EXACTLY what Thomas was doing! He was being cautious, not doubtful. He needed proof, as Jesus instructed them. Jesus had told them / us, that many would come in His name, and would deceive many. Thomas wasn't going to be deceived. CONGRATS TO THOMAS! He passed the test, when all the others failed! GOD BLESS HIM! MANY women, went to the disciples with the good news of the resurrection, not just two! (Luke 24: 1 "and certain others with them) v.10: Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, AND OTHER WOMEN). Therefore, the testimonies of all those women should've been all the more believable. We can turn the tables around and firmly chastise the other disciples as being the disobedient doubters when we read Luke 24: 11. When they received the good news, "...THEY BELIEVED THEM NOT." That's doubt! Shame on them! That's their first mistake; the second mistake was that they NEVER asked Jesus for any proof that it was really He when He appeared in their midst! He could've very well been Satan, masquerading as Jesus, and they wouldn't have known the difference! Again, shame on them! Yet, we overlook that very important piece of the narrative. MANY years ago, my very godly pastor warned us in regards to anyone who presented themselves as Jesus Christ. The only proof for the genuine Jesus Christ was the scars; we were strongly instructed to demand to see them in such a time as that, just like Thomas did. Back in the 1970's, cloning was the latest and greatest technology being publicized at that time. Dolly, the sheep, was the first cloning experiment to be made public; they created a number of identical replicas of her. People were encouraged to know they could do the same with their beloved pets. In essence, this would mean their pets could have eternal life through their genetically conjured up offspring. Apart from that, why was this so important? The Shroud of Turin had been discovered, and DNA was lifted from it. If the shroud was the actual shroud the body of Jesus was in when placed in the tomb, (and I believe it was, based upon forensic science), there could be MANY clones of Him waiting in the wings with which to deceive the masses today. What kind of power(s) would such a being have? Nowadays, there are clones of anybody "they" want to present to a careless, ignorant, and unsuspecting public. Sadly, without knowing what to do in such a scenario, much of today's Church won't do as Thomas did...they won't know to ask for the undeniable proof, the scars. Clones won't have the scars! As a side note, and for the same price (😉), I believe Job's wife is also misunderstood and falsely accused. When we read Scripture, we read it subjectively, not taking the time to carefully analyze, and to put ourselves into the shoes of the one whose being written about. We assume too much in some areas and not enough in others. Sadly, we take a lot of what our pastors, Bible teachers, and others say without verifying it with Scripture, or doing some critical thinking of our own. We also cannot know what was going on in the mind of Job's wife when she said, "Curse God, and die." Could it be, that she loved him so much, and was seriously affected by his suffering too? Perhaps it was killing her to see the man she loved suffering so. As one flesh, his sufferings and losses were also hers. I believe she was being compassionate, and wanted to see his suffering end. She knew him better than anybody else; she knew he was a righteous God-fearing man, and that God would take good care of him in his afterlife. We're all for putting down our beloved pets / babies / family members when they are in pain and suffering. We support and commend those who "bite the bullet" and do one of the hardest things in their lives...putting that beloved pet to sleep. Yet, we condemn poor Mrs. Job for exercising compassion, mercy, and the same kind of love (at a much higher degree). As a Canadian, I'm not sure where I "sit" on this euthanasia kick our leadership strongly promotes, so I err on the side of caution. However, if someone "offed" one of my loved ones, without my knowing, I'd assume God had taken them and they weren't murdered. Back to Mrs. Job...No person who seriously and wildly loves their spouse would EVER want to see them suffer and languish with no future or purpose, much less wish them dead. To me, those are two of the most misunderstood passages in the Scriptures because our understanding is seriously tainted by that of others. So, let's give Thomas his well-deserved break, and a pat on the back for being obedient, diligent, and discerning! There are two more huge misunderstandings re: Scripture, but I'll stop there. One thing that isn't a mistake or misunderstanding is that Jesus is coming very soon, not soon enough for most of us, but He's coming for sure! Maranatha!

I read it. Very deeply. Study entire Bible. I follow what God literally shows me, him self. I know when twisted with truth, lies or, personal opinions are passed off as biblical. So, I stand and tell biblical truth. Many churches will and do hate me for it. They, too, attack me. They, thinking they are following what God wants. I follow biblical principles. I go to Individual first. Show them truth. An honest one will correct the mistake. A dishonest one will continue to teach it and alienate you from the church.. And anyone else that will listen to them. They will hate us. Because, they hated him first. * Unfortunately, most will listen to them. Because, they don't do the research themselves.

When Christ died on the cross, would not God the Father feel the pain of the suffering the incarnate God felt? Could it be that God the Father didn't abandon Jesus but the sin He took on himself for the world of lost sinners died that same moment to exist no more for those who believe and follow Christ.. Did God the Father die that day but only for a time? Could it be when the spirit of the Lord and Savior left that body, God the Father and God the Son once again were one? I just can't see how God the Father would not be affected by the death of His incarnate self. Am I crazy to believe this may have been the case?🙏🙏

Yes, we test every spirit and every word against the bible! How come there are so many different interpretations of the scriptures when everyone say they prayed to God for discernment and were led by the holy spirit for interpretation? Even biblical scholars don't agree on issues. I know God isn't double minded; he's the same yesterday, today, and forever! Nor is the Holy Spirit fickle or bestowing different meaning onto different people. I know Satan is the author of confusion. How do we trust that we and/or our leaders are interpreting it right?
