I tell people this all the time, if your end goal for long hair is to have actual long hair like to shoulder length then you’ve gotta stop cutting it. Like literally don’t cut or trim anything at all for 2 years or longer. But If your going for an undercut with long hair on top then yeah get the sides trimmed/faded/whatever every two weeks. But if your goal is for legit long hair then just stop cutting it. People say trimming helps it grow, but that’s not true at all. Your going to go through many of multiple “awkward stages” like every month or so, it’s going to keep changing and getting more weird then eventually it will start to look dope and long lol. I’ve been growing mine out for almost 3 years now and it looked silly up until about 8 months ago lol.

So dope, you were worried and nervous that nobody would show up, you had a hell of a turn out.
