Agar hum heat protection use krte hai then curl krte h toh kitne din rehta h and daily curls chahiye ho toh heat protection use krke k baad hair wash compulsory h ? Pls right suggestion

Heat protectant spray se apke hair heat se kam damage hote hair, uska curl kab tak last krege usse koi Lena dena nahi hai . Agar curling k bad aap setting spray use karein to curls zada defined rahege lambe samay tak. Daily apko curling karna hai to kar skte ho aur previous day curls ko hatane k liye aur jo products use kiye inko remove krne k liye apko hair wash krna hi chiye. Lekin daily curling ya shampoo krna damage kr dena apke hair. Week me 2bar curling krege to bhi week tak rahega curl

Aloe Vera gel can be used but It will make your hair sticky And won’t protect hair from heat damage

In before culer you use any hair gel are noy
