You can still watch the news, but watch it for what it is. It's a show out there, and it's no need to stress about it, everything just is what it is. See through the illusion... Don't have to stick your head in the sand from everything you are afraid of

I’ve somehow kept it together, I went to mass and did a prayer candle. A person kneeled next to me and also did a prayer and he was heaving, on the verge of crying. I wanted to say something but I don’t know something made me think that trying to stay calm and “ignore” him would be better. I hope they’re doing okay. I hope we’re all able to see past this and heal. Edit: To clarify, I almost cried. So what I mean is I think it’s better that two grown adults didn’t cry together in public… or everybody might have joined us… things are real, but keeping it together will help us all.

I “accidentally” found you and clicked on your video out of dozens of videos that I’m “screening” in the noise of my feed, and boy you’re so spot on! The energies now are tremendous , tides of change, massive change, and POSITIVE change! What happened recently is an external proof that we’ve shifted to a positive time track, individually and collectively (they always go together), and I’ve actually spontaneously got to be participating in a massive healing of this planet a few days ago, the Forces of Light that are guarding aiding and assisting this planet are beyond what you can even imagine, I can almost cry when I speak of them. I was in such a profound alignment with myself - this Now - and after I’ve heard of what happened I turned on the news to get a glimpse of the details of the events, and I’ve noticed some messages , but because I’ve plunged a bit with my Attention into the noise, I got somewhat disalligned hehe;)) I could really feel how my attention on certain points of information-energy effects the state of being, the frequency of my being:))) this is so cool… so yeah, I’m still playing in raising and lowering of frequency all the time, and it’s nice to notice the shifts as part of my learning process and journey, and your video just resonated with this process exactly! Let’s sync! (not sink);)))!!!❤

It was hard to shake the news from my mind but it didn't stop me from waking up early and going out into my garden to meditate and then getting ready to spend the day the beach. Our family had the best day at the beach, it was perfect. I even found the coolest heart shaped stone! We really do create our own reality

I no longer watch the news, nor tv really, unless it's quite selectively. As my transformation began and grew, I gradually dropped my addiction to the news. To my betterment! However, I do pay attention to headlines and short briefs, and then to other grounded and centered people who are tuned in to the energy of more than just the 3D nonsense....and to my own intuition.....and I can also add, I've watched this new divisive change growing long ago, even before my awakening. I've been guided to simplify and separate myself, and move toward my inner being, as well as letting love and my intuition lead me forward. I'm at peace. And I have no time for fear or hatred or even the shallow nonsense of this current world. I'm just growing me, and loving those dearest to me, and enjoying what is all around me.

There ia a call for LOVE AND PEACE and it can only come from within!! Lets have a inperience not an experience!!

I have been going through a change, a transformation for decades, however, I didn't CONSCIOUSLY realize (real eyes) that was changing until about 26 or 27 years ago. I started keeping journals and diaries about that time especially dream journals. We are definitely going through a huge uplifting change right now, an upgrading if you will. I made myself a lovely bowl of cerial to enjoy while watching some youtube. This video pops on my timeline, I start watching it, I watch a lot of videos of this amazing guy. Then comes the part of breathing and connecting with the heart space. It was very lovely. I then open my eyes and I am was like “nooo, my cerial got soggy!!” 😀

I am at peace, thank you. Working on a quilting project is helping my focus.

This made me cry. My heart immediately said.. I want to be free.. I no longer want to be hidden.. I want you to think about love more often.. Life lately.. it’s really closed off my heart. I still love of course, but I don’t allow myself to really feel.. because sometimes feeling is uncomfortable. But I am made of love.. and that’s my baseline. I want to focus more on love

I agree with what you're saying here. It's something me and my friend and I were talking about when it comes to social media. Social media can be toxic but it also can be educational. It definitely pretty clear a shift is here...

I became aware of an energetic shift around 2016. People were talking differently and noticing the things Ive been trying to bring attention to for so long. Then 2018 happened and I had a massive paradigm shift( or rather a verification of what I already sensed). Each week, now, I feel unusual changes in reality, on an energetic level and frankly its draining. Im happy for the change but I just need a long nap.
