Have I Got News For You - Piers Morgan, Ian Hislop, Clive Anderson and Felix Dexter - 1996
Комедия
In this vintage episode of Have I Got News For You (#HIGNIFY), we encounter the repugnant Pier Morgan.
Despite being a smug prat, he is surprisingly skin-skinned when it comes to jokes at his expense. He responds with forced laughter, a puckering of the anus, and feeble retorts. Eventually, he resorts to muttering threats.
Those with a keen eyesight will observe him occasionally flicking out his tongue to catch passing insects.

What an unpleasant individual Piers Morgan was, and one assumes, is.
Angus is pure genius improv.
Can't get enough of how funny Clive Anderson is on this episode. Such a cheeky , quick witted bloke and it's great to watch him with his fast comebacks and his winding up piers morgan is just brilliant. 25:10 is my favourite part of the episode. 'About as much as you do'

But then he grew into a twat in subsequent years for his interview show.

I used to love, Whose Line is it Anyway... the British one. But with the American residents. Hilarious. I only get results for the Hollywood version. More jazz hands and seems much more scripted... Clive is really funny. I love him in QI also The banter is hilarious.
"But YOU won't be back", Clive said and never stood corrected.
A battle of wits and Piers came unarmed

Oh he did just fine, like or loathe him, he knew Hislop would come for him most and he held more than his own. I'm standing up for Morgan, what the f√¢k is the world coming to 🙄
Wow Piers was revolting.

... and funny.
Pity Paul wasn't there. What a roast it could have been.

That might well be why he wasn't there xD or was he absent from that series entirely? I haven't seen them in order so.

@@lexigold8448 he left that entire series as he felt the format had become stale though he did state this was the one episode he wishes he could have come on as he knew there would be fireworks between hislop and morgan

Clive repped him well, though.
24yrs on and he is still as toxic, if not more.
This is what comedy or any entertainment show should be. People you agree with / people you absolutely don't agree with. Keep banal meaningless sh!t away at all costs.
I loved Felix Dexter: RIP.
Nice to know that all these years later people can still view this abject humiliation of Peirs The Twat.
Every question answered is followed by a sip of water 💧 And every round by heated discussion with your partner 🤭
Wow ..so funny. .let's go!
Oh dear lord. What an absolute trainwreck.
This is like watching an execution of someone you hate. Satisfying yet cringeworthy all at the same time.
23:45 This is probably the best take down by CA on PM.
2019 comment. Funny how 5 people of great intellect, who have a range of both overt and secret dislikes for some of the others can all make such great banter WITH BARBS and great humour.

Why haven't you indicated Felix Dexter?

To be honest, I didn't remember him in this episode either.
"I discovered that Ian Hislop can read", what a pathetically childish thing to say. Morgan is a piece of 💩 He doesn't need to open a door to enter a room, he could ooze right under it. R.I.P. Felix Dexter.
Who can even remember what Angus Deayton got sh!t canned from this show for, I certainly can't and who cares. He was outstanding on it, never saw or heard him again. Puritanical sh!t irks me the most, because everyone's got some skeletons... Except me of course.
He has not sense of humour and doesn't understand how to laugh at himself.
Why don't you watch something you understand-------something for the uneducated.....
