Why does the site not load?
Mr poul why your website does not work 😢
Hi Paul. There's a little contradiction between point 10:00 ("I've been to Hungary") and your starting definition of its use 0:50 (it's used for a period of time that starts in the past UP TO NOW). BUT if u tell me "I've been to Hungary" when u now are in U.S. that means u are using the "present perfect tense" differently 'cause NOW u are not in Hungary. ;) Have a good day!

The present perfect tense may be used when talking a time in the past that is not identified with an exact time. I should have mentioned that. A lesson on the present perfect itself would make that clear. The main point of this lesson is simply for students to note how the verb “be” shows up in the present perfect tense.

Remember something, bro. We use the Present perfect tense to talk about events we can repeat in our lives. Been to Hungary means I have the chance to go back there.

If you allow me ; "I've been to Hungary" simply means that you have traveled to Hungary several times and at the same time you've traveled back to your country those times, you haven't stayed in Hungary for so long. Now, if you say "I'll go to Hungary", it can mean that you're not coming back to your country and you might stay over there for good. Thanks for reading my comment. 👍.

Hi . I’m a little bit confused about the last paragraph. “I’ll go to Hungary “. How I will know that the person will not come back to their country? Please explain it to me. Thank.

@@fredylopez2477 In that case, if you are making plans, say “I’m going to go to Hungary.”
