Housing Day is a Harvard tradition where first-year students at Harvard College are placed into the residence halls where they will live for their remaining time at Harvard. The residence halls, or "Houses" are on-campus residential communities, each with unique features, community, and history. Each House accommodates between 350 and 500 students, and helps create a close-knit community within the broader University.
