In der High-End-Crimptechnologie für den professionellen, industriellen Nutzer ist es HAUPA gelungen, mit der HUPstar eine Innovation einzuführen, die bis zu 5 Crimpwerkzeuge mit nur einem Crimpstern im Werkzeugkoffer und in der Werkstatt ersetzen wird.
4 Variationen an Crimpsternen sind bereits fester Bestandteil der Liefersortimente:
1. Aderendhülsen 0,5 - 10 mm²
isolierte Quetschkabelschuhe 0,1 - 6 mm²
Ringkabelschuhe (DIN 46234 / DIN 46341) 0,25 - 10 mm²
2. Aderendhülsen 0,14 - 16 mm² & Flachsteckhülsen

Ein Sternenwechsel ist innerhalb von nur 30 Sekunden durchführbar! Der Color-Code auf den Sternen ermöglicht eine schnelle und korrekte Zuordnung. Durch den höchst präzisen Parallelvorschub und die erodierten Präzisions-Crimpprofile findet dieses hochwertige Presswerkzeug sehr hohen Anklang und Begeisterung in der Industrie. Nicht zuletzt durch die hochwertige
Verarbeitung der Crimpsterne, welche durch ihre Oberflächenbeschaffenheit ca. 80.000 Präzisionsverpressungen TÜV-geprüft garantieren. Denn eine präzise sowie sichere normgerechte Verpressung ist der Garant für eine komplikationsfreie, hochwertige und langlebige Verbindung. Ergonomisch ermöglicht die HUPstar durch die kurze Bauform der Griffe sowie dem „nur“ kleine Öffnungswinkel, auch mit kleinen Händen schnelles, sicheres und gelenkschonendes Arbeiten. Auf Grund des innovativen Fertigungsverfahrens können auch einzelne, auf den Industriekunden abgestimmte Sterne, ohne Extrakosten hergestellt werden.

4 versions of crimp star are already permanent components of the range:

Insulated crimp-style cable shoes 0.1 - 6 mm²
Ring cable shoes (DIN 46234 / DIN 46341) 0.25 - 10 mm²

The star can be changed in just 30 seconds! The colour code on the stars enables fast and correct assignment. The extremely precise parallel feed and the eroded precision crimp profile
mean that this product has been very well received by the industry. Not just thanks to the high quality processing of the crimp star which is, thanks to the surface properties, TÜV guaranteed for around 80,000 precision crimps. After all a precise and safe normed crimp is the guarantee for complicationfree, high quality and long-lasting connections. Ergonomically, the HUPstar can, thanks to the short construction of the handles and the rather small opening angle, also be operated quickly, safely and gentle to joints even with small hands. Due to the innovative manufacturing procedure, individual stars, designed for industrial customers, can also be made without additional costs.
