Porches are adorned with pumpkins and the streets are clamoring with the happy sounds of children, laughing and jostling from house to house in their costumes. You are going along merrily amongst them when something makes you stop in your tracks. The big spooky house-every neighborhood has one-that you usually pass right by with a nervous glance, that is always perfectly dark, perfectly silent, seems, tonight, different. The noise of the neighborhood fades away around you as you gaze at the ruined face of the dilapidated house. The porch light flickers on, casting an eerie light on the crumbling front steps and the overgrown path. The tire swing in the back swings like a pendulum, a little too steadily to be just the wind. Is there a dark figure moving back there in the misty woods, or is it your imagination? Your eye sweeps nervously across the tangled yard and the gravestones illuminated by anemic moonlight when-what was that? A flash of movement behind one of the broken windows, a pale face...or something like a face. From the trees, the hooting of an owl sounds like a challenge, like a warning. I put up my indoor decorations in early August because 31 days in October flies to damn fast. I'll be playing this next August as I setup my decorations.

October is my favorite month. Leaves changing colors, walking on fallen leaves, crisp cool air, and Halloween decorations. Love the artwork here.

I love Halloween, and I love that feeling: the cold air, the spooky dangers lurking around the corner of each haunted house. Running around the corn maze and eating caramel apples.

The falling leaves, the creepy man in the back, the floating ghost , the ambience. Veryyyyyyyyyyyyy nice, and spooky! 👻💀

Oh my God it's the real Christy Carlson Romano, watching and commenting on the same videos I watch and comment on. I thought ambience videos were a weird little niche thing for very specific tastes, but Christy Carlson Romano listens to them, so they gotta be some kind of normal.

The wolf howls, the wind, the crickets, the crows and owls! That beautiful house! My goodness, I am in love! The details are wonderful, I love seeing everything move, especially the cat on the porch.

I like how there are jack-o'-lanterns, smoke from the fireplace smoke stack, and an operating porch light for an otherwise haunted house. Those ghosts must be friendly in there. Even the cat doesn't mind them.

Halloween was and always will be my favorite holiday. Ever since I was a kid I absolutely loved it. Some of my best memories of my life were trick or treating as a kid with my family. Proof you dont need stormy skies and rain to establish a feel for the supernatural. I love the way the full moon illuminates the scene as the wandering spirits roam the grounds. The tire swing is a cool touch, even ghosts play. As always, your efforts are appreciated, thank you.

This is the BEST one I've seen so far, there are other good Halloween videos but this one takes the cake! Great things going on everywhere everything moves so smoothly and realistically, not just shifting back and forth thru a couple of scenes. And not showing the same thing for three hours. Great job love it!

I know it's only August and it's a million degrees outside, but this is freaking delighting me RIGHT NOW. The image is AMAZING, and it has a bit of a vintage illustration feel, which I'm absolutely here for, as well as the fantastic classic ghosts and the dark figure walking!! There's so much to look at. Classic Halloween is my favourite, and this is amazing!! Thank you!

I love the ghosts lurking in the doorway, lurking in the window. A flicker of light in the window upstairs lets you know that someone is trying to find their way home. A lost soul searching in the cemetery for his stone. The ghost pacing back and forth with the swaying of the wind. Hovering among the "undead" are epitaphs etched with writings of loved ones, ancient and long ago.

I love this. Truly makes me miss autumn, especially Halloween :(

This Haunted House ambience is one of my favourites, as I am just sitting in a similar house and have lit a candle in my rooftop appartment. The jack-o-lanterns are placed at the entrance gate with their flittering lights and you are only allowed to enter if you dare.... Through the open window I can hear the spooky sounds of a distant owl 🦉 and the shouting of crows fighting against each other in the strong wind. The sounds of the swing in my garden which is swinging in the wind frightens me and I wonder whether a ghost 👻 is sitting on it. I guess I'll quickly go downstairs and take the cute black cat 😻 inside, it might protect me....

Now this is truly amazing! This is among the best of the best when it comes to atmospheric Halloween scenes! The shadowy figure walking in the background is the icing on the cake. The way he just walks so calmly makes me think he's the caretaker.

I grew up in a very old house surrounded by tall, spooky trees. Most kids in town were afraid of coming to the door for candy on Halloween... or maybe it was the fact that my mother dressed up as a pretty scary witch and waited for kids to come by. Ghosties or not, I would live there! I love old, victorian homes! I'm sitting here thinking, ok paint the exterior, clean up the yard, get rid of bats...😁

Bats are very good !!!! They eat lots of nasty bugs that bite and kill humans and animals. They eat fruits and stuff poop out the seeds and grow lots of new plants.

I live in an old Victorian home and we have a ghost! He doesn’t bother us at all though, just runs up and down the stairs

This is Awesome stuff! Fall time and Halloween is my favorite time of the year.

I love searching for all of the things that move and the intricate things. It feels like a complete puzzle. The tire swing swinging is amazing, ghosts, walking person, spider web, leaves, birds, smoking chimney, kitty cat, and pumpkins. Of course, the sounds are wonderful. Everything is magnificent. Thank you.

Whoever disliked this video is a Halloween hater. Long live the most creepiest and beautiful, gothic dark night of the year! I love this channel's content, and I have a request: Could you do an ambience video on a farm??
