Your chocolate milk is ultra pasteurized and therefore can be stored at room temperature prior to opening and exposing it to surrounding bacteria. Nearly all consumer milk and associated milk products sold in European markets are ultra pasteurized and are stored and sold at room temperature. My experience from living in Spain for 8 years and traveling Europe. Great videos that clearly define the hard work and gritty nature of farm life. With farm animals, there is no work day off. Landenberg PA.

Ultra pasteurize update: In eastern PA, the markets sell a milk product, Light Cream. This product is stored, sold, and used by consumers refrigerated. We use this a coffee creamer it produces a delicious cup when used with quality coffee. I often wondered why this product lasts so long in the refrigerator. This morning I examined the label and it indicated “ultra pasteurized”. For quality coffee, try Eight O’Clock Dark Italian Espresso (whole bean), very close to actual European Café available at Walmart.

Love how you end your videos. I feel like I'm getting punched in the face. lol . Seriously, Brings back memories of life on the dairy farm. We milked about the same amount of cows ( Holsteins ) but in old style stanchions. Central PA the growing season was longer and we did silage corn, High moisture corn and hay. Cows stayed either in a barnyard or later in the freestyle barn. Glad you can still stay in business with the big boy dairy farms. Low overhead is the key i guess.

10:40 Thats actually somewhat common in places outside the US. I went to Germany many years ago and while there saw that they keep their milk in the pantry until its opened and then store it in the fridge. Not sure how they do it but yeah, its done that way and has been for many years.

Hi, Habe you ever thought about a bale spear or a pallet fork for the back of the Kubota. You could pick up a bale before the loading to relieve some weight from the front axle. So stearing would be easier. Greetings from Germany.
Another great video, and those onion rings looked AMAZING! Now you have me wondering if the chocolate milk does need to be refrigerated...🤔
Cmon tay...flipflops?...LOL.Thnks for the video stay safe
Truck lights are on 2:38 . Im paying close attention in case of pop quiz. Love the vids wished I could transport myself there to help out . Healthy livin

My favorite!!
Taylor of course you look young and beautiful too Don’t feel bad about being carded. There are some stores that will card a 90 year old person because of store policy which to me makes no sense
Another great video kid. !!!
Great video, can't wait to see the float

Thanks! Hopefully coming soon 😀
Another great video. I have been watching for several months and wondering how far you travel to get to the different fields from the barn? In the videos it looks like the fields are spread out. I look forward to your Thursday and Sunday videos, thanks and keep them coming.
Hi Taylor. Definitely have the temperatures for a Hawaii theme. I think the weather man is talking about a weather pattern change for the end of this week I sure hope so
I hope you turn the plates around so that the colors show
Taylor. You need to oil up the hinges on the sawdust truck Really starting to squeak bad. Lol❤😊
Be thankful you getting rain where I live in north Carolina everything here is about burn up
You're a hard working team!
Thirty years of working with horses I have buried quite a number . But if one were to drag them into the woods the scavengers would finish the job in about three weeks . Not a pleasant topic but when working with live stock it happens .
First off thank you for another awesome video youngin. Second you do look a lot younger than you are, that's a good thing according to my grand daughter🙄😐🤭. Yes she watches your videos with me lol. I can't get over how beautiful a state Maine is. I grew up on a cattle farm in central Arkansas and the landscape is similar. We can't wait to see the float!!! Everyone in Northeast Arkansas says hey Taylor and Brent 👍🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙏🙏🙏🚜🚜🐄🐄🐕

Thank you! You too!
Taylor if you take a piece of bar and bend it into a hook you can reach your bongie cord
Gotta lube up those door hinges🤠
I'm positive that Brent sleeps in his Kubota. That big chevy truck has to be your farms most valuable player. How's your corn doing- rick
Good morning Taylor. Looks like I am first to comment it looks like you are going to have decent weather today I know the Moo Moos will be happy to get out of the barn, but please keep yourself Hydrated and wear sunglasses to protect your lovely eyes Your friend from Massachusetts Kenny Dean 😊❤
I'm going to quit watching if your boss starts wearing Daisy Dukes
Lunch looks good great video
Hi Taylor. At first I thought it was gonna be Snoopy but then I realized it was gonna be a cow

Keeping on top of it during calving!

It's also very common to not refrigerate eggs. We got omelets at a breakfast place south of Paris and they kept the eggs in a desk drawer.
Does the rain bring down to temp. for the cows? His sandwich look good. Was it piled with hot peppers? That's the way I like them!
This video inspired me to run out and buy donuts and coffee. Both were very good.
a feild of marshmellow's
Who’d knew? 😂
The door hinges needs some lubbie doobie Taylor
Hi Taylor
Keep the video's coming.
11:00 if you don't have to put the drink in the fridge, it is pasteurised. This kills all the bacteria and the quality deteriorates a little. Because ingesting live bacteria is healthy.

All store bought milk is pasteurized and homogenized. It still has to be refrigerated. That brand of chocolate milk is UHT milk, it will last i believe for three months without refrigeration. I personally don't like the taste of it .
@Colbato.

@@richardhoover7569 ok in germany it is common that pasteurised milk does not have to go into the cooler because it is not necessary. I don't know the usa law. Thank you.

They do sell shelf stable milk at most dollar stores . Cause believe it or not not everyone has a refrigerator 😢
Cool.
Another super Video in the can , How long have you and Brent been working together ? Farm animals die it's part of farm life ,that's why you don't name cows or cattle ,I can't imagine the knowledge you have learned from working with Brent , Do you have a personal away from the farm ? What are your hopes and aspirations ,time is marching on .
isnt it hard on Brent's knees to drive and get up on the truck?
