4:06 Green ones are steamed chives cakes. 14:58 It’s sticky rice mixed with coconut milk and sugar. They put them in bamboo and then burn them for a while. The white paper is from bamboo tissue which is edible but it tastes nothing. 16:04 They’re fried chives cakes which are my favorite. 18:12 They’re fried fish cakes (fish mixed with red curry). 36:36 Thai Stir fried Pork 50฿ for 1 Bowl, Add an egg +10฿, Add some cheese +20฿ I think you need more 2-3 stomaches to try all the foods in that market. 23:46 the green vegetable one is wing bean or wing bean salad in thai is tua plu (wing bean) yam tua plu (wing bean salad) that has a nice crunchy texture to it.

From Hat Yai can go Songkhla by minivan take about 45 mins ticket around 30+ ( wasn’t sure since I didn’t go back for 3 years but I will soon) check out Songkhla night market and Sunday market. It’s will blow your mind away 😊 . Enjoy & have fun . Ohh and off cause Hat Yai fried chicken can’t missed 😁 ohh by the way a sticky rice in bamboo and the sheet that you think it’s a paper actually it’s not it’s a bamboo pulp from a wood inside it’s good medicine actually you can eat it .😊

Last time I visited Hatyai is wayback in December 2001 with my late mom. At that time I managed to buy big calculator at cheaper price at street stall. The seller are willing to give discount during that time.

I am in nakhon si thammarat a province in southern, the last time I visited hatyai is couple weeks ago, I went and came back from traveling malaysia, hatyai has been stagnant for years even before COVID pandemic but now she is gradually getting better.
