I know someone who has MS whose much younger than Iman and certainly not taking heroin but the disease is degenerative and extremely tiring and exhausting on your mind and body. It's quite painful. Even doctors don't diagnose or deny the diagnosis of a patient by looking at random people on a screen but you seem to be an expert on heroin and alcohol to accuse everyone of being high. Matlab hum sab Musalman hain lekin internet pe aa ke doosre sab log sirf gunehgaar nazar aate hain lekin apne jhoote ilzaam humein kabhi ghalat nahin lagte. For your understanding, MS can affect how your tongue and lips move, making it difficult to pronounce precise sounds. weaken your diaphragm (the sheet of muscle under your rib cage), making it difficult to control the volume of your voice with your breath. Problems with how you speak can be a symptom of multiple sclerosis for some people. MS speech disorders include slurring of speech and problems with the quality of your voice (dysarthria) and difficulty remembering specific words (dysphasia).
