I think younger girl groups has better English than their sunbaes. A least they sound more correct. Probably Kei is the one who fluent the most here. However the "Candy Jelly Love"'s English part still makes me cringe =)))) I think the girls know it but don't want to upset those who wrote the lyrics.

it's a little bit racist to assume that they don't know what they are singing about... most people learn or know a little bit of english and I'm sure they know what the song is about if they learned the lyrics. I'm so sick of people assuming that kpop idols- let alone anyone whose 1st language isn't english- doesn't at least have some idea what they are talking or singing about in english. Many people comprehend or know english words. Just stop with this "lolololololol do they know what they are saying????" it's immature....

Sujeong and Jin are so funny here, having their own unique sense of humour. Kei sounds like a genuinely nice person :)

I have to say, I really enjoy the format of these hashtag interviews because they rarely seem awkward to me, I think it really allows the artists to shine! That being said - Lovelyz were absolutely adorable, I hope their promotions go well! ♡

Gabby Cagley I know they're not children. I'm not an idiot. They probably curse around the dorm or talk about god knows what. But the image they portray is innocent so I was surprised to hear those lyrics that's all. If it came from Sistar or AOA then my reaction would've been different. Not that I have anything against them bc I love both groups but I'm just saying. I don't need you to lecture me about how they're not innocent & precious. I already know.
