No they’re not??? Tanjiro’s Ancestor was saved by Yoriichi and after that, they became good friends. Tanjiro’s ancestor then later on insisted Yoriichi to teach him something to carry on his legacy. (The Hinokami Kagura dance). Yoriichi gave his earrings to tanjiro’s ancestor and those hanafuda earrings have been passed down through every kamado generation and are now with Tanjiro.
