At the end when they asked if giyuu thought it was his fault they died, its called survivor's guilt, symptoms of survivors guilt are.. Flashbacks or nightmares taking you back to the event. Having your mind consumed by thoughts about what happened. Having constant thoughts of not doing enough. Being irritable or angry. Having trouble moving past what happened. These fit pretty well with giyuus character..
