@@Sallyocmaker At the end, it shows an Giyuu edit. The pictures of Giyuu are from the Punishment of Giyuu Tomioka (something like that) comic which is fan made. Giyuu Tomioka gets punished because Nezuko ate a human. Each hashira gave Giyuu a punishment. The one shown at the end was Shinobu's punishment which was related to worms. At the end, the song "Nobody likes me (Everybody hates me" or worms meme song if you search it up as a meme)" was played at the end. That's why I commented "For real" to winnythanawat's comment Hope that answers your questions ☺️😊
