I'm gonna be perfectly honest, if this is how they were thinking about doing a TV show like this where it's accident after accident, and the fact that it's all CGI, then this is not how I would envision an "Operation" TV Show adaptation. The way I see it, it's better off flash-animated like "Littlest Pet Shop (2013)" and "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic", with cameos of humans from former properties like the humans and animals of "Pound Puppies" and "Littlest Pet Shop (2013)". And as far as casting, I'd choose Jack McBrayer as the voice of Cavity Sam, and as far as the atmosphere, I wouldn't make it THAT cartoon-y. Maybe a mix between cartoon-y and serious, with a mix of sympathy for Sam as a way to make you feel sorry for him in certain episodes. At most, it's overall rating should be at least TV-PG, or simply just TV-Y7 if you can think of clever ways to avoid the gory stuff during scenes that are faithful to the game. And while I may be scared of this, Sam's nose hasn't lit at least once, which should happen if he ends up getting hurt.
