Hello Dr. Chung, I just wanted to thank you for the helpful videos, has helped me better understand my current situation. Some months ago I went in for surgery of my anal fistula, which was done by placing seatons. Given that I have Crohn's and Addison's disease, it's been a bit complicated, but where I couldn't receive answers from doctors - or questions I was too afraid to ask - I've received from your videos. Again, thank you for the videos, you are appreciated. // Victor

Hello Dr Chung another great video. I have been following your advice and even invested in the panicura. It is very good. I am using the liquid swan magnesium sulfate before every meal and I have not had the terrible painful spasms I still have tenesmus and some spasms but not to the point of several days. I still have tailbone pain but I think I will never be the same as I was before those two surgeries.

Hello doctor, I have been following you for more than a year, i have been suffering from fissure for past 4 years. From your videos , i took help of a pelvic floor therapist. As you were saying in videos, she did concentrate on hip exercises, glute exercises, kegel , core strengthening..and it is helping my digestion nd the recurrence of my fissure has come down. With proper diet, water , exercise and sleep, my fissure recurrence has reduced, Thankyou so much doctor. I have also ordered Pranicura , i will write review after using it .

Yep. Got a hemmeroid a few years ago, was told by doctor to use Proctysedyl cream (contains a steroid)....cream thinned the skin....got a fissure, then fistula. Surgery for fistula in a month (which I've read are sometimes difficult to cure, even with repeated surgery), plus hem banding (which I've read & been told is not a permanent fix anyway....or can even make the situation worse). My mental health has never been great but the last few years, I've never been lower. I've withdrawn from everyone & everything, even my kids. I dont leave the house unless I really have to. I keep wondering how much Endone it would take to leave it all behind, permanently.

Hey doctor Chung. After hemorrhoidectomy I suffer from tenesmus. Whenever I go I feel the urge to go again and again even when I am done. Then I need to lie down on my side for hours for it to pass. I can't sit or stay stand up. Went to fix it to another surgeon and he said he fixed a stenosis, 2 fissures and another hemorrhoid. Of course I am worse than the first surgery tenesmus wise plus severe pain and medium bleeding. 14 days post second surgery and 2,5 months post first one. Second was done with laser supposedly. Any ideas?

Maybe a irritated vein down there? I dont know how to tell. Im 20 years old so its a hard thing for me to talk about because its embarassing .
