The fact that he was running a 5 hour marathon for a while makes this way more motivational. You always see motivational videos of people who are naturally gifted. Unless you are 12 and still have yet to see if you are gifted in a sport, these videos are never inspiring. This guy shows you can still get really good over time.

100% agreed Shawn. Wait till you see the next one I’ve got planned out, about someone who used to be a smoker, overweight and drinking a lot, started running at 32! The thing that’s holding me up right now is waiting for a new laptop to get shipped as Dell are taking forever to collect my faulty one for repair.
