Добрый день!,мои хорошие.Хозяюшка быстрая, всё в руках горит.Слив собрала накатала,сварила варенье.Уже пирогом занимается.Дай Боже ей и всей семье здоровья.Рада была видеть хозяина.Год очень урожайный ,чтоб всегда так было.Коровки и овцы наелись и домой идут....А Томик где? у Вас гектары земли,Вы своё всё выращивает,трудно землю обрабатывать,надеюсь ,молодежь помагает.Очень Вас люблю ! желаю добра и благополучия , счастья семейного , отдыха тоже желаю,а то Вы всё в работе.Приятного аппетита ,пирог славный хозяюшка спекла и чай у вас. натуральный ,хороший.Всего самого доброго всей семье!

What a beautiful plums! I do prepare plum jam too but I do cook the whole fruit (including the pit) and let it rest overnight, that gives the jam a nutty/distinctive flavor. Next day I strain the jam mix, bring it to boil, fill the sterilized jars, clean the rim, place the lid and close it. Then place the filled jars in a hot water bath with a rack in the bottom (covering the jars with water 2 cm above them) and let it boil for 20 to 30 min.
