It looks to me as though she stopped and bought the bigger boy a new outfit to wear. He was wearing black shorts and a red and blue shirt when they went to town, but when they arrived home he was dressed in tan and khaki!

Baby Be cried and fussed in the beginning about the boy not letting her play with her riding toy. But, he intimidated the baby and she was afraid of his stares. And Durong apparently didn't tell him to let the baby play with her toy. Baby Be didn't know how to ask Durong to make him stay off her toy. Now, anytime he's at the house he automatically gets on the toy and will not get off except for eating or taking a bath. So, Baby Be doesn't have a chance of playing on her toy. It's actually shows how calculating this kid really is. I guess, Durong doesn't ask him to let baby have a chance to ride her toy, because he's her helper. But, she not being fair, when the toy belongs to the baby. Plus , the boy is clearly too big for it and is deliberately withholding it every opportunity he has. This shows how selfish and stubborn he is.
