In the philippines casava is normally one of our food specially people from the province, if their is no rice we clean it remove the skin and cook by boiling only.some pilipino people they dry it and making flour to make bread.

In Kerala, India we make a heap of soil and plants kasava . It is easy to uproot then. Or just remove the soil around the tree

Not all the Cassava’s take two years. In Ghana we have six months, one year, and also two years so we have Cassava all the time.
