Zon and his wife work hard so their piglets grow very quickly. I wonder what you fed them?

Hi Zon, sad to know that you're under medication for liver disease. Try not to eat oily foods. Best foods are grilled fish, grill liver (pork, beef or chicken) and sweeten sweet potatoes/yam (cook in brown sugar) and lots of steamed veggies. Eat grilled meat does not sauté with oil. Keep your food safe. Boil water/cool down before you drink. Keep your body clean & clear of viruses & parasites. Hope it will work for you. Merry Christmas to you & Vang Hoa. We call it sour fruits n asam gelugor in malaysia...you have to slice it thinly and dried it in the sun..n use it in cooking fish n meat curry...yumy.

This fruit name in Europe is quince. This fruit is very good to our digestine sistem. Or put in some soup,It give an exxallent taste to soup. Or cooking separately ,add a little sugar and you have good dessert.

Hello I am from India, district West Bengal. This fruit in bengali language is called Chalta. It has got sour layers like onion. We in Bengal and Bangladesh make sour red lentil soup with this and also sweet, sour and chilli pickel with prices of crushed chalta, jaggery, red chilli flakes and some crushed spices.

Zon you should take Garlic ,onion, citrus food, Banana, omega 3 rich food, Cauliflower, cabbage, fibrass food, pomegranate juice for boost up your liver function
