You can't expect a small upstart college like USC to have the resources for an audience mic 😂

Writing for the Simpsons back in its prime is the equivalent to getting your masters

How the hell can USC allow this kind of camerawork??? how hard would it be for this school of all schools to have three stationary cameras so that they could get some good close ups and a wide??? anyway.

Nah I don't feel that, I think he's just comfortable enough with these guys to not have to reassure them every moment that he's listening and approving, like he has to with celebrities. He's just being relaxed and thoughtful.
