I totally agree, the dollar fluctuation is so constant now that it is no longer possible for us to partake in programs conveniently.

I would love to take this course but its a bit pricy.

But what I see, in the video bits, is a teacher standing in front of the class and students waiting to receive. Isn't that very inefficient and old-fashioned. I hardly ever stand in front of the class anymore. We have shaped our lessons according to the SCRUM methodology. In the beginning we fill the backlogs with items that we consider important, but halfway through the year we start working more and more project-driven, where they have to ask someone from the field with user stories. And it is possible with all types of education, not just education focused on software development. The big advantage is, you see your class every day and not for a few hours, but the entire day and almost the entire week. When there are topics that require expertise that I don't master, the teacher comes to the class, instead of the class having to go somewhere. Especially for students with ASD, or any kind of problem, a safe situation. You have a better view of the mental health of the student. The class is divided into smaller groups, do a daily stand-up, at the end of the sprint a review and a retrospective. A review on what they had to make and a retrospective on how it went. Our dropout has never been this low.

This way destroy the learning skills. Students must learn how to grasp the information from educated people who use high skilled language . Students with new strategies like the one you mentioned have lost the ability of listening to anyone and they want to do everything with themselves. Doing small groups and independent learning is good in a few subjects but not in every subject. And this is why teaching and learning are dropping down dramatically
