No, It has been happening since season 13 Master of the mountain when King Vangellas said that "the kingdom runs on a cost, and that cost is vengestone, I have a good buyer. " Heck it might have been happening since season 11 because the munce and the geckles have been working for years.

It makes sense, because Seabound was context to 15. We just gotta see if Harumi turns good or just remains how she is.

Wonder if Harumi had planned to recruit Kalmar if he failed his plan but than he got eaten he could have been a great rival for Jay instead of Pythor

I don't think Pythor is meant to be Jay's rival, while Harumi also serves the place of Lloyd's rival, Pythor has the most history with Lloyd, I always kinda figured The Mechanic was supposed to be Jay's rival, and I guess Kalmar might have worked as a good rival to Jay, but I think it would have worked better with someone else personally

"Harumi here, in a not-so-great disguise..." Well, people from Ninjago are never really great at disguises or noticing who it really is so that's nothing new

Vangelis was also collecting vengestone so I think harumi has been back for a while

In the LegoCon trailer, we see a shot in the same area where jay is riding his motorcycle to avoid crystal blasts. Harumi is most likely undercover waiting while this happens. It is unlikely she would be in that scene in seabound. Being in the same area proves nothing.

I can't believe I didn't see Harumi in Ninjago Seabound in disguise like Lloyd and the ninja were before they ripped off their disguises and I think Harumi would've been annoyed because of the ninja she didn't get the vengestone she needed.

Yeah thats exactly what I'm thinking and harumi might be the vengstone buyer and not the crystal king and she is explaining everything to Lloyd and it literally does confirm we are getting a backstory of harumi of what she was doing and where she was during the time

You know it’s completly cant be harumi The crystal king before this video, the symbol Of The crystal king, the look, THE VOICE 🤯🤯🤯

It would make sense if she was making sure the venge stone would be picked up so it would be a cool easter egg/flashback if thats what happens

Harumi would be 10 steps ahead of the ninja which is such a fun idea

I would like to see a small montage showing her spying on ninja throughout all the wildbrain seasons

u remember the first episode from season 16 they stole revengestone and the girl said the boss will be happy with this and they did it for the crystalking bc when lloyd came to them did he saw al the revengestone so that clearly means that the fire girl and her team were working for harumi

I think that awesome way to make Harumi good is that when the Overlord conquers Ninjago and tries to kill the Crystal Council,Lloyd rescues her and she switches sides.

But the reversal blade doesn’t have that ability, you can only reverse time. So they can reverse the cause of the monastery being destroyed but not sped up the time making new vehicles.

And i'm pritty sure that they can reverse all time becose if Pixal need XXX h to build NEW cars, and noone saw as she warking, she didn't speed up herself, so.... i'm not sure, maby they used they blade to collect rest of the blades? We don't know WHEN in time will they appear again

I found Nya is wearing her water ninja suit again as Season 11 suit in Seabound where Harumi turning good again in Crystalized episode Nya is finally back in her water ninja suit! When she needs regains her water powers by her hands instead of merging with her sea in her body and wearing Fugitive ninja suit after she wearing her samurai X suit and rest of the ninja can stay wearing S11 suits and S15 suits they cannot leave the team again

I'm excited to see all these Harumi flashbacks, maybe even one from Prime Empire to fully explain why it was her Lloyd faced, as I used to think Unagami just hacked Lloyd's mind and chose the person who caused him the most trauma to fight.

Of course Unagami was using Lloyd's past. Pythor, the Overlord, Chen, Morro; all baddies that Lloyd wouldn't hesitate to beat up. Unagami needed somebody who could really get Lloyd to let his guard down.

The real question is. Will harumi get a redemption. So far I feel like she isn't. But very interesting guess at what that picture leak could be

If Harumi was there the whole time she would have seen Nya's power go funky and this could also mean that Harumi and Kalmar could have been working together and the whole Wojira being brought to life could have been a distraction to get the ninja out of the way by going to prison.

But if Kai was able to get his powers back after Aspheera took it in season 11 then there is still a possibility

I think it would be a good time for Harumi to come back and help Arin get back on his feet (yes, convince him not to be the same person she was before). Maybe she can even convince him that he doesn't need elemental powers to be strong, like Harumi.

To be honest I don’t think it’s true because with the last trailer we got we see Jay and Kai on a similar background and Harumi could be waiting and watching to see how they handle what happens.
