Shes beautiful, talented, smart, well spoken, and cares about important things shes more than a quadruple threat. Im happy for her success.

Mental health is not much of a discussion bc we simply cant afford to show weakness in the outside world. However our soul does not get set free and the trauma cycle repeats 😪😢

@@filmadcamp1512 the therapist is apart of that outside world, we’ve been taught to keep it to ourselves muscle through, talking to someone seems impossible sometimes, especially if they don’t look like you

What we all need to take from this: "The strength is in vulnerability. The danger is in trying to push through."

That’s it! I’ve been a RN since 24. At 45 these last two years wore me out. I woke up one day and chose me. Turned in my resignation and left. Been doing mental health therapy and meditation to heal me! And not apologizing for it! I was tired of pushing though!❤️

Taraji is the goat. Plain and simple. Love her so much it’s crazy.

What an important conversation for everyone to hear and understand.

This is so true, our community never wants to talk about mental health problems. We need to break the generational cycles.

Taraji is a great woman who has so much knowledge to share than she does

I noticed 2. Where I work there is a young girl who I just respect the s out of and she loves to match with me . I have a green suit and she texts me to remind me to wear it, so she can wear her green dress. When she sees me walk in she has the biggest smile and says “ we’re matching “ . It’s adorable lol

When my child was struggling at school, and I met with the Principal about it, she told me my child needed to develop some resilience. I was like, excuse me gf !?!?

💙 Love how genuine Taraji always is. Our trauma is much deeper, bc we don't get a break we normalize our trauma to cope in it bc it is on going.

When she was talking about the “two,” I felt that.

The whole world needs to talk about mental health issues. I sincerely believe the pent up trauma and anger and inability to value oneself that would be negated by these conversations would fix so many societal issues.

She put it out there and he took it. 🤑🤗 💰 Love 💗 you both....
