We'll never know. But maybe a little something like this? And would she have broken the fourth musical wall and brought in a cheeky reference to her own TV show's theme tune?!
I've always thought this little musical snippet from the show (Series 3, final episode Guardian Angel) was heartbreakingly gorgeous and poignant, so here is my made-up extended version. Sorry, I don't have the hair, the jumper, the fancy flat or the grand.
