@JackOfSpades Talbott is most everyone's favorite,but poor Barnaby is as dumb as a rock.I just met his moron uncle from the werewolf hunters so I know Barnaby comes by his ignorance by blood.Poor guy didn't stand a chance

I have watched this 4 or 5 times because I am so excited about doing the quest and have never noticed something.All I have to say is,Andre,what in the world is going on with that little weird wave at the Three Broomsticks?

The date with Tallbott was cute and I like the character. Barnaby and Andre are cute too in their own way.

25:37 Sorry, but it makes me laugh how Talbott goes from "I don't trust that man, he surely knows I'm an Animagus" to "Damn, I have to dress for the event? In pink?! I better disappear" in less than 10 seconds xD

@piccola lady Marian Penny has to know that Talbott likes MC by now. She's always in tune with all the gossip AND both MC and Talbott are her friends, so she has to know about the date. And yet she went and asked MC out anyway. She tried to cast a freaking entrancing enchantment on her. She went behind her friend's back and tried to get with the girl that she knew he had feelings for, and who had feelings for him. That's not okay. And I get it, it'd be more work for the makers of the game to make it so Penny reacts differently if you went with Talbott first, but still.

@piccola lady Marian She's one of his ONLY friends. Speaking as someone who doesn't have very many friends either, that makes a HUGE difference. When you don't have a lot of friends, your friends' actions affect you a lot more than they would if you had a lot of them. So yeah. Penny betrayed him.

To be fair, Talbott is a very secretive person, so it’s likely that Penny, even though she is one of his only friends, didn’t know.

@@LtBasil Penny betrayed both of them.She knows They have feelings for each other,but got her in a tiny locked room and tried enchantment on her ,taking her feeling for Talbott away and replacing them with feeling for Penny.Thats just dirty.

I chose Barnaby for the Celestial Ball since Talbott wasn't available but then went with Talbott to First Date and Festival Fun. But now, for Valentine's I'm thinking of going for Barnaby again and here's why: I didn't get to do the side quest to unlock Talbott and from my MC's point of view, he's never around. He only shows up when it's some sort of social event that includes dating, but he's not my MC's friend so it makes her feel a bit used. Whereas Barnaby is always available for Butterbeer, Gobstones and whatnot, he interacts with my MC in classes and even helps her with main missions! He even stated that he'll compete for my MC's if it's necesarry and declared multiple times how much he likes her (Ismaelda Crush, Potion class on Valentine's). Talbott would indeed be a better fit for my MC both physically and intellectuall, but he's never there and still conveniently gets dates with the most popular character in school. He's in for a big surprise on Valentine's day!

FINALLY.I am just now getting to Valentine's day.Seriously,Ismelda,Merula and Barnaby all smell me in the Amortentia potion?I wonder what Talbott smelled (or me for that matter)I have been a little upset I haven't had the first class with Talbott,and now I am getting my first with him.Am I the only one who will choose the red dress because my research on Talbott said his favorite color is Crimson? Anything for my precious Talbott.

Mainly just seems cute. The heart color changes based off who you went on the date with. It does give you energy in your room though.

The attributes (if that's what you're referring too) just match you're own now so yours shouldn't be as high as mine. It's actually kind of frustrating as I leveled them up high because I suck at dueling.
