@@mark9294 would you say it is a series or a trilogy? That’s if you count the hobbit as being part of the lord of the rings. Which I guess it is, but since it shares a different title, it’s kind of seperate too.

I feel like not enough people appreciate the effort it takes to make a movie (even if it’s not their favorite one)...

yeah watching these kind of videos help me realize how much work goes into making films. I always knew it wasn't easy but some of this stuff is just really crazy, lord of the rings was another that really shocked me how much work needed to be done.

Didn't even knew that glass sequence was fully on greenscreen.Might be one of the best greenscreens I've seen out there.

The amount of work that goes into some films is mind blowing

Everyone went through so much for such a great piece of art. I never realised what these actors had to go through, as children. I would've cried and quit a dozen times. But they remained open to feedback, hardworking, imaginative and motivated. Incredible

These films deserved awards. If at the time this kind of video explanation would of been released perhaps the films could of gotten what they so deserved !!

They are so much talented and special.

A movie about Tonks/Lupin and the aurors, Sirius Black or even the origins of voldemort would be amazing, his actions in Hogwarts leading up to creating the horcruxes, creating the drath eaters, etc. It could be really dark and appeal more to an adult audience, the adults now who grew up with Potter. Can only hope!

Harry Potter can never get boring

MCU and DC movies (DCEU's and mainly Snyder's among them, and Nolan's and a few more) were my two most favorite franchises. Last year, I watched all Harry Potter movies during quarantine and now, there are 3 most favorite franchises, I have. I regret not watching them before, in theaters. I regret not experiencing the hype the fans had experienced when these movies were reigning cinema. I want to wipe out my memory and want to watch them in theaters with a gap of an year for every movie to release.

These movies are badass! I love HP

I’d love to see more Harry Potter books/films, but I never really could get into “Fantastic Beasts”. They just didn’t have the same effect for me. I found them much harder to follow & not nearly as interesting.

Now can you do additional trilogy of harry potter as they're grown ups now? I'd love to watch another trilogy as the trio being grown ups and fighting new evils be it from the past or maybe the future? Or just the present.

Having an entire room greenscreened is a perfect way to expose an inadequate filmmaker. The previous documentaries literally said working on real sets and the mere presence of creature models brings out emotions in the actors better. At some point you have to ask yourself, are you making a movie, or a game cutscene with an out of place real human being keyed in .

I think goblet of fire and order of phoenix movies should have been made in 2 parts. Gof had many scenes to be cut and that's why movie looks awkward. Order of phoenix has been the biggest book of hp so many of the scenes had to be cut

Even so, Goblet of Fire is still better than Order of the Phoenix, which should have been made in two parts. Had Alfonso Cuarón directed it, Order of the Phoenix would have been a masterpiece. David Yates simply made a mess of a great book.

I don't necessarily think they should've split them. They could've just added 20-30 min. extra. I'm no movie maker, but I think they could've added a lot more from the books by just adding at least 20 min. more. I think that might have been better than splitting them. They could've added the Winky/Crouch stuff in GoF and the Rita Skeeter stuff. And in OotP they could've added the whole thing with Bode and the other guy trying to get pass the door, AND they could've added some Harry/Cho relationship, AND extended Dumbledore and Harry's conversation at the end.. The movies probably would've been waay better just by adding 20-30 extra minutes :)

Fun fact: The snowman does a "waltz jump" on the cake (180 degree/ half rotation). It is a basic jump that is later used to learn the more difficult axel jump.

Great to see the efforts necessary to film a 10 min scene, but maybe you should have spent more time and resources on the script and film adaptation of goblet. Also, the movie could have benefitted from 4 - 20 more blowouts. I this fluer could have rocked a 1990s perm and krum could have rocked a perm.
